How do I know if my home is one you will buy?

I buy all types of homes; ones that require lots of work and others that just need a few minor repairs. In general, I will preview the home you are wanting to sell first which will give me an accurate idea of what I can do to help!

Who generally sells their home with you?

I work with almost every type of seller. Many of my clients need to sell their home fast or for a specific reason. Some of those reasons are:

How does the process work?

It is a fairly simple process; we handle almost everything so it is easier and stress-free for you.

  2. PRESENT YOU AN OFFER. Once I have a chance to preview your home, I will either present you with a contract offer or provide other ways that I can help you.

  3. CLOSE WHEN YOU CHOOSE. The offer I present is a no-obligation offer; you can accept or decline the offer. If you do accept my offer, we will begin the process of the purchase. You can set a date that you would like to close and I will get it set up for us!

How do you come up with your offer?

Based on my experience as a licensed realtor for over 12 years, I am very knowledgeable about the market. Before making you an offer, I will review the following criteria:

  • Current Condition

  • Approximate Cost of Repairs and/or Renovations

  • Approximate Time to Repair/Renovate

  • Post Repair/Renovation Value

  • Amount of Commissions to Sell after Repair/Renovation

  • Cost of Maintaining Home until Sold (i.e. insurance, utilities, taxes, etc)

The approximate post-repair/renovation value minus these costs help me prepare the cash offer that I make.

Do you buy any other types of property?

Do you charge a fee for coming out to preview my home?

No, I do not charge a fee for coming to preview your property or for presenting an offer. It is a free, no-obligation consultation.
